Renters are reminded that the underbody or overhead damage is at the
renter's risk and all insurance is void if vehicles are driven on
unsealed or unmade roads or surfaces or out of the area of authorized
usage defined on the rental agreement.

| MINIMUM
RENTAL PERIOD |

Minimum
rental period is a 24 hour period - so our hourly rate after 24 hours
is 1/3 of the daily rate up to 3 hours then an extra day will be charged.
Intension of returning late must be notified to our office otherwise
insurance cover ceases.

FUEL AND OTHER CHARGES |

A 3% Admin Fee and $4.20 per day VRRF applies to all rental agreements and is included in our rates. Fuel is at the expense of the renter. We ask that you return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as when you rented it otherwise a refuelling fee applies. Commonwealth Goods & Services Tax of 10% applies to all rentals. |
| DRIVERS
LICENSE |

Atlas recognizes all current non-probationary licenses”. Overseas visitors may use recognized current licenses issued by their country of residence. Renters and drivers must be between the ages of 23 and 75 years. |
| BOND |
| |
A $500 bond on Credit card is required for all rentals except trucks 6VMR, PYMR and PQMR where a $1000 bond on Credit card is required. |
